Our ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, a minimum of 6 months of experience, willingness to learn and conform to our team environment, and have a passion for working with clients to achieve their real estate goals. You will need a laptop with wireless card connectivity, portable printer and a smartphone. We also expect excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to perform all requested duties. These duties include, but are not limited to handling leads, accompanying showings, drafting sales contracts, hosting open houses every Sunday, working nights and weekends and more. This is an independent contractor commission based position with all the tools to make success possible with your hard work and dedication.
