And TWO full baths, so if the big family splits up between baths, the maximum line would only be 5 deep (and you're used to that in this age of COVID). Down below all this feature rich upstairs area is a big, clean basement that has ceramic tile in some areas and beautiful gray concrete in others. Could you finish this space into something stunning? Of course. With no maintenance outside, what else do you have to do? Now, with a "cod" this nice, you know it won't be here long. So pull on a pair of your best rubber boots, one of those floppy yellow all-weather hats and head on over to check this out. Those that wait will end up with cold chowder and stale crackers.
